Produced in a facility that uses ingredients derived from milk (including lactose), soybeans, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, cereals containing gluten, eggs, crustaceans and fish.

Recommended daily dose and usage:

Mix one serving of 3 g (3/4 scoop) with 100–150 ml of water or juice.

On training days consume one serving daily after waking up or after training. On non-training days consume one serving daily after waking up.
